It happens. The paint goes on the canvas and doesn’t do what I was hoping it would do.
Like this one, that I did this morning.
It is a 16 by 20 inch stretched canvas with acrylic pour paint, using the swipe technique.
I got plenty of cells. But I hate the way it came out, and so I will likely scrape and paint over it. But I share the fails as well as the ones I think came out good enough to offer up for sale. This one had some parts that I like, so I’ll take close-ups and turn those parts into greeting cards.
Some days the magic just flows, and days like today I spent all my creative magic earlier making blueberry almond poppy seed muffins. (yummy BTW).
